This part of the Costa Brava is known for its rough coastline with beautiful sand beaches and clear blue/green waters.On the ground floor of the villa you can enjoy the fireplace, watch satellite TV or a DVD and turn on the stereo. The french doors opens to the roofed patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, micro wave and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and there is a separate toilet.On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two with two single beds, one with a bunk bed and the other one with a double bed, bath with shower, toilet, bidet and a washbasin. This room also has exit to the patio. There is another bathroom on this floor.The villa has electric heating and a garage. There is a fenced garden with garden furniture, shared with other guests, with a barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool of 12 x 5 m, which is opened all year.The medieval village Pals is within 10min. drive, the beach of Aiguablava within 10 min. and Gerona within 50km. The town Barcelona is within half hours drive by car. Diverse golf courses in the surrounding. In short, the perfect place for a relaxed holiday! The house can be reached via a stairs of 20 to 30 steps.
